FRAME AND FABRIC WARRANTY
Manufacturing or material defects provided the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of the materials used
Fabric will alter in appearance over time and traits like pilling, pile angle alteration and shading due to prolonged or regular use are considered normal and may occur as a result of normal and natural use, and as such these changes are not covered by our warranty
FOAM WARRANTY
Softening of foam is expected as a result of daily use and is not to be confused with loss of resilience
Whether it be foam, polyester or feather will lose some of its height, move in shape where it is commonly used - this is normal and can occur over a period of time and should be expected with prolonged use
WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
Change of mind - refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere

Comfort preference (selection is valid at the time of purchase and is not a valid reason for warranty replacement)
