The Morgan range 2 seat sofa has a reversible chaise and a large ottoman. A great looking sofa that can give gentle definition to spaces without disrupting an open-plan atmosphere. The grey upholstery allows this piece to blend with most home decors.

Ensure that your furniture is used as it was intended. Do not let anyone stand or jump on your sofa or ottoman and do not sit on arms or backrest of sofa.
FRAME WARRANTY
Manufacturing or material defects for 5 years provided the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of the materials used
FABRIC WARRANTY
Manufacturing or material defects for 1 year provided the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of the materials used
Fabric will alter in appearance over time and traits like pilling, pile angle alteration and shading due to prolonged or regular use are considered normal and may occur as a result of normal and natural use, and as such these changes are not covered by our warranty
SEATING FOAM WARRANTY
Manufacturing or material defects for 2 years – softening of foam is expected as a result of daily use and is not to be confused with loss of resilience
Lounge seating, whether it be foam, polyester or feather will lose some of its height, move in shape where it is commonly used - this is normal and can occur over a period of time and should be expected with prolonged use
WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
- Change of mind - refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere
- Incorrect storage
- Incorrect assembly
- Product being abused, misused, dropped, crushed, or impacted with a hard surface
- Improper transportation
- Cleaning with harsh products that are not explicitly endorsed by Just the Thing Furniture Warehouse nullifies our warranty and passes the duty of care onto the cleaning supplier
- Soiled or burned
- Moisture ingress
- Commercial or medical use
- Product has been used outdoors or exposed to extreme heat or cold
- Comfort preference (selection is valid at the time of purchase and is not a valid reason for warranty replacement)
- Product sold “As is”
- Normal body indentation
- Non reported issues that have escalated from minor to major
