Warranty
12 months
Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat. Do not ever use dry cleaning fluid or harsh chemicals on your headboard, chemicals will damage some of the construction materials.
Providing the headboard is in a clean, undamaged, and sanitary condition, MLILY will replace the headboard free of charge if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Excludes:
- Change of mind - refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection
- Improper transportation
- Reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, part(s) installation, headboard set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in the warranty
- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser or any third party
- Damage caused by repairs or parts replacement by an unauthorised person
- Damage caused if the headboard has been mishandled, including during third party delivery
- Damage if used in any environment or a commercial setting that was not intended
Warranty Procedure: Contact the store of purchase as soon as there is a problem. Customer required to produce original proof of purchase. An MLILY representative will call to arrange a mutually convenient time to inspect the product at the customer’s home. MLILY reserves the right to refuse service or pickup if the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition.
