Adjustable Bed Base – iActive 40M
The iActive 20S base can be viewed in-store but this base, containing the additional features, is not in-store. Our staff can assist with sizes and feature options.
MLILY stock takes approximately 10-14 days to arrive in-store.

Warranty
10 years on motor and frame. MLILY will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective - the manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) of the frame only.
Highest quality materials are used that adhere to international safety standards, ensuring longevity for the life of the base.
Do not let anyone stand or jump on your adjustable bed base. Legs and castors should be tightened regularly.
Weight Limits: MLILY adjustable bases have been rigorously tested on the recommended weight limits, to maintain the highest quality and standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits will void the warranty.
Warranty Excludes:
- Change of mind - refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection
- Improper transportation
- Reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, part(s) installation, bed set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty
- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser or any third party
- Damage caused by repairs or parts replacement by an unauthorised person
- Damage caused if the adjustable base has been mishandled (including during third party delivery), subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, as outlined in the Owner’s Manual, this warranty, or as on mlily.com.au/warranty
- Damaged mattresses, electrical cords, or accessories supplied by dealers or any third party before written consent by the manufacturer
- Costs for unauthorised service calls to educate the consumer about the MLILY adjustable base or locate proper functioning power outlets
- Damage if the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded
- Damage if used in any environment or a commercial setting that was not intended
Warranty Procedure: Contact the store of purchase as soon as there is a problem. Customer required to produce original proof of purchase. An MLILY representative will call to arrange a mutually convenient time to inspect the product at the customer’s home. MLILY reserves the right to refuse service or pickup if the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition.
