This setting has been classified as a factory second and priced accordingly as there are a couple of minor scratches and chips, some minor faults with the powder coated finish and slight distortion of the under-edge of the table due to welding. None of the faults affect the structure or the look of the setting. Example of faults in photos.

Ensure that your furniture is used as it was intended. Do not sit on arms of lounges or chairs, do not sit or stand on tabletops, and do not pivot on the back legs of chairs.
FRAME AND FABRIC WARRANTY
Manufacturing or material defects provided the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of the materials used
Fabric will alter in appearance over time and traits like pilling, pile angle alteration and shading due to prolonged or regular use are considered normal and may occur as a result of normal and natural use, and as such these changes are not covered by our warranty
Softening of foam is expected as a result of daily use and is not to be confused with loss of resilience
SETTLING PERIOD FOR ASSEMBLED FURNITURE:
All assembled furniture will have a settling period, after which screws/bolts/hinges on all parts of the furniture will need to be tightened. This tightening should be completed whenever an item starts to wobble or feel ‘loose’.
WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
Change of mind - refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere
Tears, fading, wearing, creasing or piling of fabric
Product being abused, misused, dropped, crushed, or impacted with a hard surface
Incorrect assembly
Improper transportation
Cleaning with harsh products that are not explicitly endorsed by Just the Thing Furniture Warehouse nullifies our warranty and passes the duty of care onto the cleaning supplier
Lack of maintenance (tightening of screws/bolts/hinges)
Soiled or burned
Moisture ingress
Commercial use
Comfort preference (selection is valid at the time of purchase and is not a valid reason for warranty replacement)
Product sold “As is”
Normal body indentation
Non reported issues that have escalated from minor to major
